An increasing trend not only in Hawaii but  several other warm destinations is the sale of golf course real estate.  While many people may dismiss the thought of investing in Princeville real estate, the idea is quite popular with avid golfers and people in search of a relaxing country club atmosphere.  Especially for retirees and other people looking for convenient golfing and recreational facilities, purchasing a property adjacent to a golf course is not only a time saver but also a relaxing vacation in itself.

The charming Princeville community is made up of only 1,700 people and is one of Kauai’s first planned resort communities.  Originally settled as a cattle ranch, Princeville was developed in 1968 and is now home to the Princeville Resort that features a world-class hotel and spa as well as a beautifully-appointed and popular golf course.  The 18-hole set-up features some of Hawaii’s most challenging tees as well as some of the most beautiful scenery and landscaping.  Another popular and scenic course is at Mauna Lani Resort and Spa on the Big Island of Hawaii.  Set against the deep blue hues of the Pacific Ocean, the waving palm trees and manicured grasses make golfing at Mauna Lani a joy.
